|Recommended: YesMove In Review — Overall good. There were some move in things that could have been avoided, just restroom leavings by previous occupants unsure if tenants, maintenance, cleaners . Easy fix, just a little gross. I moved in, put a ticket it for the issues I found upon move in and to get a mail key as instructed and so far it’s been two weeks without any communication except when I checked in with office staff.
I understand it’s a big property to manage and I’m not mad. The office staff have been so sweet and helpful, just wanted to give honest feedback.
Hopefully this doesn’t leave a google review because overall I wouldn’t comment on the cleanliness and am satisfied with the home.

|Recommended: YesWe have had an overall great experience living here. We moved out of town to Maple 36 not knowing what to expect but this is a comfortable living environment. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The school district is excellent. We have no complaints right now.

|Recommended: YesOverall, Not Bad But Could Definitely Improve... — It's a nice place to live however there are a lot of snafus that need to be fixed especially when it comes to paying the rent. I understand that things are new and it takes time to improve but when the renter gets penalized for errors, that's not cool. Hopefully the new payment system works better than the old. I don't find it very convenient that there is a convenience fee to pay online however there is no option to pay in person to save on the fees. In the past, when trying to pay directly from a checking account, it would take DAYS to find out there was an error and then that would result in late fees and NSF which can't be reversed even though it was a technical error. I don't appreciate being told refunds can't be made due to the computer system even though it is the computer system error. I enjoy living here but as more people move into the community, not everyone respects the grounds and it shows. The landscaping service should really be more aware when mowing. There are a lot of children in the area and they leave their belongings outside. I have seen trash just mowed over and left to blow in the wind. Overall, I like being here.
